We want you to feel at home at Istrian Apartments – Istrian apartments b&b Koper. However, to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow our house rules:
- No smoking inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and outdoor areas. Please extinguish cigarette butts carefully in the ashtrays provided (fire safety).
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee according to the current price list, except in the Istrian Lux Residence apartment, where pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pets and any damage caused.
- The apartments are intended for rest and relaxation. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors during this time. If neighbors disturb the peace, please inform us.
- Always close the entrance door and do not leave the apartment unlocked. Use the key you received and keep it with you when leaving.
- Apartments are air-conditioned and fully equipped, including fresh bed linen, towels, clean kitchenware, utensils, and basic food supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, flour, spices).
- Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Cleaning supplies (cloths, sponges, detergent) and toilet paper, shower gel, and waste bags are provided.
- Upon departure, please wash and put away dishes, dispose of all waste, and clean the barbecue if used.
- We are environmentally conscious; please separate your waste. Recycling bins are located on the terrace and near the apartment.
- Energy efficiency: Turn off lights, electrical appliances, and air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the apartment. Keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioner is on. Make sure radiators are open if using heating. Tap water is drinkable; please use it responsibly, especially during dry summer periods.
- Parking: Parking is available directly in front of the apartment, at your own risk.
- Internet & Technology: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment; the password is in the apartment welcome book. The apartment has a smart TV with digital channels and streaming services (Netflix). Paid content is available only by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
- Use of equipment: Please use all appliances according to safety instructions and treat all equipment with care. Do not remove any items provided for guests’ use or change the furniture arrangement. Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage.
- Key: Handle the key carefully. If lost, notify us immediately. A lost key fee of €20 may apply.
- Repairs: If you encounter any plumbing, electrical, or equipment issues, please inform us immediately at the contact number below.
- Emergencies: In case of fire or other emergencies, call 112 immediately. Fire safety instructions and emergency exit signs are displayed in the apartment. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the fire extinguisher.
- Bicycles: Bicycle use is free and at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft and will be charged for costs.
- Number of Guests: Only the number of guests agreed upon during booking is allowed to stay in the apartment. Overnight stays of unregistered persons are not permitted. Visits and business meetings inside the apartment are not allowed unless agreed upon with the owner in advance.
- Safety and Personal Responsibility: The apartment owner is not responsible for guests’ belongings or valuables left in the apartment or parked vehicles. Valuables may be stored in a safe upon prior agreement. Guests agree to compensate for any damage caused. For significant stains or damage, a minimum cleaning or repair fee of €100 will be charged.
- Violations and penalties: We reserve the right to terminate the stay or contract without refund if guests seriously violate the house rules. Guests are responsible for all costs arising from violations (e.g., extra cleaning, damage).
