Friendly owner, nice garden, washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop, mosquito nets on all windows/doors, and a spacious bathroom were big advantages.
We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the green hills away from the busier coastal villages.
The location is perfect for visiting nearby places like Piran, Trieste, and even the Škocjan Caves.

Warm personal welcome from Tomo, beautiful well-kept garden with a small sitting area and a table with chairs for outdoor dining, perfectly functioning air conditioning was a blessing in the hot August.
About 10–12 minutes by car to the center, to the affordable pizzeria Atrij and the best ice cream at Sladoledarna.
Very spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a good shower, a small corner shop (mom-and-pop style) selling bread rolls about 650 meters from the accommodation.
